Traditional Education VS Online Learning : Which is more effective

Education has undergone significant changes in recent years due to rapid technological advancement. These can be see that the online classes has been introduced since the technologies nowadays has been improved which has given a lot of beneficial to everyone nowadays especialy students. These can be see that student has now had two options on joining classes which is online classes or face-to-face classes. In these scenario, we want to analysed and discuss about the pro and cons between both of these two method that can be seen.

First for the pros, Online Learning, Flexibility and convenience. Online learning gives a lot benefits in terms of flexibility and the convenience that suitable for them to create a class for learning outside of classroom. These advantages will let them to manage their times, based on their suitable schedules and also it also help in terms time and costs will never been spend to much in terms on transportation and so on. For example, educators can do online classess in a period during holidays weeks where student who already go to their hometown can able to join the classes even from the far. Flexibility and convenience is very important because it is more accessible and convenient for everyone to being able to join the classes. Overall, Online Learning, Flexibility and convenience is the pros for effectiveness on online learning.

Lastly for the pros, Face-to-face Learning, Better interaction and more focusses environment. In terms of the advantages that being highlighted, it can be seen that it provides better interaction and also let the students especially to being more focusses and structured. It can be seen that face-to-face classess can let them to had better communication and even interaction so that the learning process will be smooth and also students will not get distracted and more focuses on classess. For example, face-to-face are more focuses on environment aspect where both students and educators to communicate easily without hesitation in terms of learning, and also let them more understand about what they had learn on the classes. Better interaction and more focusses environment is important because it can improve the students especially in terms of encourages active participation and concentration. Overall, Face-to-face Learning, Better interaction and more focusses environment is the pros for effectiveness on face-to-face Learning.

Meanwhile, for cons or disadvatages part, for Online Learning, Lack in terms interaction and less discipline. One of the major disadvantage that had been highlighted can be seen on these because it make students especially, to feel isolated because communication is limited to screens. It also let students during the online classess to experience the reduces engagement and discussion during the class begins. For example, students usually will close the mic and camera especially during classes to avoid getting asked or even being targeted by the educators when they are teaching. This can be see that if these issues still being dued, it can let student to get less effective for students who struggle with self-control and time management. Overall, Online Learning, Lack in terms interaction and less discipline is the cons for effectiveness on online learning.

Finally for the cons is that for Face-to-face Learning, Less flexible and time also cost. Face-to-face classess are usually the one that has more benefits, but in terms of the cons that can be seen is that students especially needs to follow a fixed schedule and attend classes physically, even if they are tired or unwell which they cannot easily adjust their timetable for them to join. It also needs them to being require on their times and money just to being able to join the group. For example, for them to go to their classes at classroom; they need to manage their times where if the classes are started at 9.00 am, they need to be prepared at least two hours before classes started which let them to prepare themselves, and also thinking about the cost of transportation. These issues if kept being due, it can let students especially experience time-consuming and costly for many students. Overall, Face-to-face Learning, Less flexible and time also cost is the cons for effectiveness on online learning.

In conclusion, both of these methods had their own pros and cons which can be seen based on the comparison that has been discussed and also being analysed to make sure the proper information has given on both comparison. This can be see that both of these that had offer an advantages that can be shown like for online classes, focuses on flexibility and convenience meanwhile for face-to-face classes focuses on better interaction and a more focused learning environment which is great example why both can be use as a method for students especially to gain learning process. Both of them had their pro and cons but they also can improve their weakness so that they will being able to join the classes without hesitation, and learning also gaining based on their experience can let them to being matured and decide about their learning journey based on using these both method.
