In today fast paced and digital world, young adult are often judged for their ability to survive on the modern era. Some of them being said that they are too spoiled, while other says they are barely experience the real world. It is not like what we are expecting form the young adult and some of surprise the older how they do the problem solving and their critical thinking. Young adult today didn’t actually lack of survival skills, they are always bring fresh new idea and comes up with unique problem solving and adapting to the technology quickly. However they also overdependence on technology makes them slightly have a disadvantages.
Rather than lack survival skills, I think young adult bring fresh new idea and comes up with unique problem solving. It is because the way they thinking is differently compare to the old generation. For example, some young adults make a bold decision to become freelancing instead of finding work 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. like others people do and makes some money by learning new skills such as graphic design, video editing and coding. To conclude, young adult are not lacking survival skills, they are simply adapting to the modern world challenges in unique and creative ways. the ability to think differently makes them success in this fast pace world.
Other than that, most of them adapt to the technology quickly in line with the new technology world right now. They way technology grows has changed how work is done and different problem solving. For instance, in business marketing, the way they approach and target the audiences are changing from relying on methods print ads, flyers and TV commercials to digital marketing methods such as social media advertising, influencer marketing and E-commerce websites. To close it out, adaptability in someone are very crucial skills that we need to learn and be skilled in this world because the economy is growing rapidly along side with technology.
However, young adults are overdependence on technology makes them hard to survive without the digital help. They tends to rely too much on the technology make it hard for them lack of basic life skills. To be clear, they needed technology help to know some basic thing such as cooking, sewing and doing laundry. To sum up, we must not relying on technology too much or else we will have very few things we can do without it.
